The Blue Streak Targa and Historic Rally Challenge is a Targa rally based in Cumbria. It is a counting round of the ANECC Targa Challenge. The tests are joined by some of the most scenic road miles in North Cumbria. There are held on a variety of different surfaces, from clean tarmac to concrete to gravel and the odd watersplash!
